Analytics Leadership · Measurement · Operating Systems

I build analytics organizations that clients trust and leaders use.

Better data does not automatically produce better decisions. Organizations also need clear standards for how evidence is interpreted, communicated, and put into action. The Leadership OS defines the principles and operating practices that make that possible.

The operating problem

Most struggling analytics organizations do not have an information problem.

They have a trust, translation, and operating-model problem. The data exists. The reports are accurate. What breaks is the path evidence travels to reach a decision — and that path is a matter of design, not supply.

Analytics creates value only when it improves decisions. Once that is the standard, the leadership work becomes visible: create clarity, build trust, develop advisors, and scale the system so it no longer depends on individual heroics.

The Leadership OS

Trust is not a tone. It is the product of four factors.

Trust = Reliability × Relevance × Judgment × Accountability

Trust depends on all four. If one is missing, the others cannot make up for it.

Reliability
Accurate, consistent, timely, transparent, and governed — the same question answered the same way twice.
Relevance
The work addresses a consequential decision that someone is actually accountable for making.
Judgment
The capacity to interpret evidence, manage ambiguity, and recommend action rather than present options without a view.
Accountability
Ownership of the outcome, the communication, and the follow-through — not only the deliverable.
  • Clarity

Define the decisions the organization exists to improve, and the standards that make evidence usable in them.

  • Trust

Treat trust as the product of four factors that multiply, and manage the weakest one deliberately.

  • Advisors

Develop judgment, commercial understanding, communication, and ownership as explicit capabilities.

  • Scale

Encode what works into sequences, ownership, and instrumentation so it improves durability.

Building Trust at Scale

Why Client Analytics Is a Leadership Function, Not a Reporting Function

Client analytics earns trust not simply by producing accurate reports, but by creating a dependable system through which evidence improves decisions. Building that system is fundamentally a leadership responsibility.

Evidence in practice

The same operating pattern, drawn only from the verified record.

  • Turning a reporting pipeline into an operating standard

Swoop — Director, Healthcare Analytics (Mar 2023 – Jul 2025)

The pipeline was operationalized end to end — ingestion and QA through analysis and delivery — and paired with repeatable onboarding and execution playbooks that reduced account-to-account variance.

Turnaround time was reduced by more than 30% while consistency improved. Stated as recorded; no further causal or client claims are made here.

  • Operating discipline at programmatic scale

AdTheorent — Mobile Ad Operations Director (Oct 2012 – Jun 2017)

Pacing, delivery, training, and workflow systems were built so execution standards held across locations and people.

Efficiency improved and variance was reduced. Stated as recorded; no further causal or client claims are made here.
